The 1+1 programme is a unique, two-year postgraduate experience which offers you the opportunity to combine the depth of our specialised, one-year MSc Courses with the breadth of Saïd Business School’s top-ranking, one-year MBA.  As a result, you will embark from Oxford with the skills to translate specific domain knowledge into practical and innovative solutions to the many challenges facing our 21st century world.

In addition, the Oxford Pershing Square Graduate Scholarship is available for up to five extraordinary 1+1 students who are committed to addressing world-scale social challenges.  The Scholarship provides full funding for tuition, college fees and living expenses for both the MSc and MBA year.

Candidates applying for the 1+1 MBA must meet the entry requirements for both the Oxford MBA and their chosen Master’s, and apply to both programmes in the same application cycle.  Candidates applying to the 1+1 MBA must submit their MSc application by the relavant department deadline and submit their MBA application within one of their 4 stage deadlines.

Adrian Haight went from the MSc in Modern Japanese Studies 2011-2012 to the Said Business School MBA as one of the first 1+1 students for 2012-2013.  He joined Johnson & Johnson in the summer of 2013 as a Product Manager Intern, Adrian is now an International Associate at a large Canadian financial institution.  He found his time at the Nissan Institute hugely enjoyable and the Professors were engaging and caring.  The course material was diverse and challenging, and the Program was valuable to his personal and career development.
